Compatibility:  
Created barcodes can be saved as images, printed with standard printers and copied into Word or other programs. WaspLabeler can also import data from other programs, like QuickBooks.

The label designer that comes with WaspLabeler is capable of creating all kinds of labels and has a helpful label wizard to guide you through the whole process from page setup to data selection to barcode generation. With the designer, you can change the color of the barcode as well as background color; you can also change orientation, width, height and more. Images can be added and resized easily and you can add shapes and change text fonts.

Ease of Use:  
This software is pretty easy to use, we created our first barcode within minutes and also figured out how to change layout, font and color without having to consult the help pages. Although, this program is a bit harder to use than simple barcode generators since it is has more features and tools to master.
